Estuary Angler's Essential Gear Guide
3 Must Have Products for the Estuary Angler
Number 1 is, in our opinion, the most underrated lure in our entire range. The Trembler 70XS is a redesign of the very old-school Trembler. Despite its’ vintage predecessor, the T70XS stands up against any lure in its class today. A hard bodied vibe that can be fished across multiple depths, the tight vibration and shimmy attracts predators and the super sticky Mustad hooks make sure they don’t get away.

Number 2 is another metal, but this time it’s the gold twisty. We’ve found that the gold suits the estuary environment, and this lure has become a go to for elusive estuary species like giant herring. Again, available in a heap of different sizes to suit all conditions, you wouldn’t find us poking around an estuary without a handful of twisties in the arsenal.
Number 3 is the TBarra 80. This smaller profile twitch bait suspends in freshwater and has a slow rise in the salt. It comes in a range of colours with an option to suit all environments, and is deadly on species like mangrove jack, barramundi, trevally and threadfin salmon.
