WARRANTY CLAIMS

All Halco products are built tough, and we rarely encounter issues. If you have a problem with a lure we’d love to hear from you and hopefully resolve the issue. The best way to do this is to include images of the lure on both sides (Image 1), and a close-up of the problem area (if applicable).

If you are submitting a warranty claim because the lure isn’t swimming properly, please also include an image of how you’ve rigged the lure i.e. leader, crimps, clips, traces and knots. Please also include info such as the breaking strain of your leader, and the speed at which you were trolling the lure.

If possible, we’d also love to get an image of the backing card (Image 2) from the rear of the lure’s packaging. This helps us track the batch of lures that yours came from. Lastly, an image of your receipt as proof of purchase, and also confirmation of the location (tackle store) and date of purchase. 


Warranty Claim Checklist

  • Images of the lure on each side.
  • Close-Up image of problem area (if applicable)
  • Image of backing card.
  • Image of the rigging.
  • Description of the problem, rigging, speed.
  • Image of proof of purchase, including location and date.
