Giant Trembler

The Halco Giant Trembler is a virtually indestructible, bibless minnow. This lure has a nose-weight that produces an extremely life-like swimming action, plus the loudest noise and has the strongest body vibrations of all the Halco lures. This lure can be cast, jigged or trolled, making it ideal for targeting a wide variety of sportfish.

Giant Trembler
The more they chew the better they look! Our Designed to Bleed concept means our chrome colours are painted with a red layer underneath, imitating an injured baitfish as the wear and tear naturally takes place (from all the fish you catch!).
Giant Trembler
After years of jumping hurdles, we have finally managed to develop the InvisiGlo process. This allows some of our lure colours to glow strongly in the dark, without affecting their normal daytime appearance!
Giant Trembler
A heap of our lures are UV reactant and start humming when the purple light hits them! Similar to InvisiGlo, this UV reactant does not affect the normal appearance of the lures.
Giant Trembler
Halco bibs are bloody tough. Made out of the same polycarbonate material as bulletproof glass and combined with our unique, glueless bib locking method, our bibs are up for the fight.
Giant Trembler
Halco Triple Turn fish rings are 70% stronger than your traditional split ring. The extra turn eliminates the soft spot, and gives you the confidence and ability to go heavier and harder.
Giant Trembler
Madeye’s Rubber Stretch Technology is a unique rubber copolymer that has multiple advantages over soft plastics. RST is up to five times more durable than standard material, and is also buoyant, enabling the lure to float and wriggle when sitting on the bottom.

Red head with white body GT is 100% A+ THE BEST LURE! CAUGHT MY FIRST GT on it!

I bought this lure on sale at my local fishing store (S. Tokunaga Fishing supply) here on the Big Island of Hawaii, USA 🇺🇸. I bought the red head GT which was on sale for $13 + 10% off all products. It seems like nobody bought it so they put it on sale. Everything else was $30 except for that color. I bought it and went fishing 🎣 at the Breakwall off the pier. I walk about 3 miles on the wall which is made of boulders spaced apart so you have to jump from rock to rock 🪨. I walked to the end of the point where the light tower is and the water is rough on one side and calm on the other side. Waves were hitting the wall and going over so I had to watch out. I used a new popper lure first and the second cast the line got tangled and the lure snapped off into the ocean and drifted away. So I decided to try this new GT lure and the 15th cast it got caught on the rocks 🪨 somehow so I locked the drag and tried to pull it out. It got out so I reeled it in then right in front of me out of the left side, 2 GT chased it and one grabbed it and got totally hooked fully in the mouth all three sides of the treble hook and one hook on the face. It didn't stand a chance against me. With the drag fully locked, I just pulled it out of the water on the boulders and snapped my new pole. I grabbed the leader line and lifted it up onto better areas so I could take my time and deal with it. It was hooked so well it took me a long time to get the hook out with a plier. I got hood 2 times on my finger in the bone as it struggled and had to get the hook off my finger. Then I had to stab it in the brain 🧠 behind the eyes so it didn't struggle so I could get the hook off the mouth. Took pictures and videos 📹
This lure to me is #1 the best. The color and the loud rattling is what got the attention of the GT. I'M A TRUE BELIEVER 👍
This lure is the best there is no doubt. I will be buying another same color and the rest of the colors as well.
